Service Acceptance

All project proposals are subject to acceptance by NYXELTECH LTD. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our operational capabilities.

Payment Terms

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment schedules will be agreed upon project initiation.

Cancellation Policy

Consultancy sessions can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact us via email to request a cancellation.

Service Delivery

We aim to deliver all digital outputs and reports within the agreed timeframe. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will communicate proactively to adjust the schedule.

We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver services if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, industrial disputes, or force majeure.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 5 days of project completion. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and the nature of the deliverables.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during our engagement will be used solely for the purpose of service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
